Jayar La Fontaine is a foresight strategist with a leading North American innovation consultancy, where he helps organizations to develop their capacity for future thinking so that they can respond more flexibly to change and disruption. He has led multi-stakeholder foresight projects on everything from mental health strategy and wearable technology to the future of beauty, work, and play. Prior to working as a consultant, he served as Head of Consumer Insights at InteraXon, a Toronto-based start up building brainwave-sensing technology for the consumer market, and was a case manager and advocate for adults with acquired brain injuries in the Ontario health care system.
