Alan S. Ziegler, J.D. is BPF’s legal counsel. Former president, Yale Law School Alumni Association of NJ and former director, Converging Technologies Bar Association. His current focus is the interaction of law with the increasing pace of technologically driven change in business and society. He is Director of the Institute of New Dimensions, an active member of the NJ Chapter of the World Future Society, and publishes regularly on technology policy and foresight.
